Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times to South Africa We ship directly from our international suppliers. Estimated delivery times to South Africa are:
- Standard Shipping: 15–30 business days
- Express Shipping (where available): 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: R89 flat rate
- Free Shipping: On all orders over R800
Customs & Import Duties Your order may be subject to customs inspection upon arrival in South Africa. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
